CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE

Conference dates are 25 to 27 August 2008. All prices EXCLUDE 14% VAT. Registration includes attendance at all presentations, the exhibition, tutorials, tea/coffee and lunch.
Dinners are only included in the Full Package and 3 Day Conference Package.

PAYMENT
A reference number will sent via email after this form has been submitted. Please use this reference number when making a payment. An invoice will be emailed to you after processing of the registration by the NLA. Payment must be received in full to confirm this registration. Package prices are complete and no refunds will apply for non-attendance. Multiple attendances on a single Full Conference Package will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made.
CANCELLATIONS

No refunds will be entertained. Registration can be transferred to an alternate delegate for a 10% substitution fee.
